My name is Chengzhi ("chen-jeh") * Zhang 章程之. I was originally from picturesque Hangzhou city in China. But, due to some random walk, I am now a Ph.D. candidate at Georgia Tech advised by Professor Brian Magerko at the Expressive Machinery Lab. Before that, I received my M.S. in Computational Design from Carnegie Mellon University and my Bachelor's in Industrial Design from Hunan University, China. In my free time, I explore local cafes, play with my cat, and practice road cycling.
My research interests are:* If you want to best pronounce "zhi", please refer to this YouTube link. However, the "zhi" sound is a voiceless retroflex affricate, a sound not typically found in English.
